good afternoon i struggling extend data volume attached fileserver of stretched fail on cluster replicating data via storage replica. configuration windows stretched failover cluster  4 nodes, 2 each data center the 2 nodes in site 1 share 2 disks, 20gb data volume, 13gb log volume via rdm using vmware directly san. repeated site 2. fileserver role added cluster , provisioning 25gb data volume synchronous replication running via storage replica 1 site other. what have done i have extended data volume 5tb san.  i enabled volume resizing on srgroup (powershell) using disk management on primary node, have extended volume, looks have worked across nodes as can see in below image, csv disks have picked size increase 5tb d:\ volume still @ 20gb i have seen articles old cluster solutions (2012) has suggested using diskpart, have tried disk part , still no luck. has else encountered this?  thanks, bump, has else seen this? ...

fyi. hope here right place discuss problem, or change right forum, thanks.    here working context: i used vhd native boot os , worked well. today it's failed boot took investigation on it: within winpe, use diskpart attach vhd, failed message "access denied ". then, copied vhd machine os windows server 2008 r2, attempt attach vhd through disk management. failed either. another thing is, while attaching vhd through disk management "read-only" checked, vhd can attached, show unknown one, , no further action made. any suggestion?  thanks. so seems there no fix. let go...let data go...
