Remote Desktop Access Licensing

i gone through forums , articles, got 2 different kind of answer same question, per below:

for rds cal per user, assign specific person? or can share between 2 users (different shift, different laptop)?

the situation describing example of rds per device: have 1 device , 2 users. but, working in different shifts, think if 1 cal used @ same time, can use same cal per user 2 users. don't think possible.

if use rds per user, you'll need 2 user cals.

"an rds per user cal gives 1 user right access rd session host server unlimited number of client computers or devices."

"failure have rds per user cal each user, if per user licensing mode being used, violation of license terms."

in scenario, use rds per device. or purchase 2 rds per user cals.
