Failover Adapter Doesn't Install - W2K8 R2 SP1

all,

i'm attempting install failovercluster-core feature on w2k8 r2 sp1 core.  the failover cluster virtual adapter not appear installing.  it appears show "unknown device" in device manager.  i've used commands below add , remove feature:

dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:failovercluster-core

start /w ocsetup failovercluster-core

dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:failovercluster-core

i have verified feature installed using:

oclist | find "installed"

kb978309 not fix slipstreamed sp1.

kinda out of ideas.  anybody got suggestions?

thanks
