Code 43 with USB hard drive after reboot


hello,

 

i open case because met troubles windows 2008 r2 , usb hard drive.

i bought 10 hard drive connected on 10 dell servers backup. usb hard drives recognized when plugged once server rebooted, hard drive aren't recognized anymore. equipment present on device manager badly recognized (yellow triangle). when open device on device manager met error " windows has stopped device because has reported problems. (code 43) ".

if unplug usb hard drive , plug hard drive recognized. same problem happened on 10 servers it's not faulty equipment more general problem. server date (windows , hardware). usb hard drives freecom hard drive , no specified usb drivers because equipment use “classical” driver.

could me understand , solve problem is?

according http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725873(v=ws.10).aspx driver problem, please contact dell correct drivers usb drive. seems internal windows driers not exact enough specific drive.
