hi eric,
i afraid there no specific settings disable user access "stop" , "detail" buttons.
however, based on further research, can prevents users making network files , folders available offline via group policy setting.
administrative templates\network\offline files\ remove 'make available offline'
this setting removes make available offline option file menu , context menus in windows explorer. result, users cannot designate files saved on computer offline use. however, setting not prevent system saving local copies of files reside on network shares designated automatic caching. this setting appears in computer configuration , user configuration folders. if both settings configured, setting in computer configuration takes precedence on setting in user configuration.
hope helps.
