Viridian a real hypervisor?

since saw jeff's video i'm not sure whether viridian real hypervisor.

 

hope answer:
  
   1. can other roles added server core has enabled virtualization role? (ad, file server, dns...)
   
   2. vmm run application or not? 
      run above  longhorn server core?
   
   3. hypervisor communicate directly hardware. mean viridian bypass longhorn server core?

 

 4. after adding virtualization role does server need reboot  the vmm take place below os?

 

 

1. yes.

2. hypervisor run below longhorn server, whether it's running full or core installation.

3. no - hypervisor run below longhorn server.

4. likely, yes. however, have not finalized our installation mechanism @ time.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
