Services not starting


i'm running windows server 2012 essentials , following services not starting:

windows server identity management service identitysvc stopped automatic
windows server client file backup provider service clientfilebackupserverprovidersvc stopped automatic
windows server initialization service initmonitor stopped automatic
windows server server backup service serverbackupsvc stopped automatic
windows server addins infrastructure service addininfrastructuresvc stopped automatic

when trying start services, stop again after little while (the windows server server backup service refuses start altogether). 'try repair issue' via dashboard doesn't either.

in 'sharedservicehost-systemserviceconfig.log' file, following critical event listed multiple times:

what hardware have? raid system? storage spaces?

have moved of shares etc on storage space?
