KMS - Licensing - Two companies in one AD DS Domain

hello,

imagine have 2 separate companies (company , company b) in 1 active directory domain

there kms host in single domain

all clients both companies deployed single sccm server , single task sequence - need double check i'm confident they'll deployed generic license keys

both companies have valid license agreements microsoft cover desktop , server operating systems

in order 'be compliant' need add kms key both of agreements kms host? (company a windows 8.1 key , company b windows 8.1 key)

is technically possible?

do need @ or need consider more radical ensure compliant?

you can have 1 kms host key used per server. there no problem use single kms host activate multiple domains.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
