KMS: How can i change the unlicensed to licensed?

name: windows server(r), serverenterprise edition
description: windows operating system - windows server(r), volume_kms_r2_c channel
this license not in use.
license status: unlicensed

kms server can activate office 2010 kms client

whats next step?

how can change unlicensed licensed?

so once count reached 25 unit threshold, item marked licensed?
, windowskms scopes windows 7 , windows 2008 r2 right?

in theory should.   thought have 150 w7 clients, why count still @ 24, count, can see 155 here think @ least talking server.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
