Disable copy permission

hi have windows 2003 enterprise edition on server , win7/winxp on client side
i want set permission in such way share folder files in on network.
i want user can read/write on folder cannot cut/copy it. have important 
data , want user can view , write in cannot copy/cut it. there cumulative 
share , ntfs resultant permissions can solve issue?

this not possible. 'read' implies 'copy'.

the possible way see access data in terminal server, has client redirection , clipboard disabled. still, users able take display photos mobile phones.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
