linking sections to form seperate document

we have large document used reference when imaging various builds. every build reference section part of work instructions. there way have quick link title each build , , automatically reference sections needed, , display them only. in cases , current document has sections needed build , ten pages apart...it simplies states reference section...so go down ten pages read section...then forth. how link these clicking on title image ?

create hyperlink location in current document or web page
create hyperlink specific location in document or web page
