Serious problem with Storage Spaces

i've created storage pool data, consists of 10 3tb drives and one 2tb drive, connected through 2 raid controllers, set raid 0. (they're dell controllers on t310 server, don't give me option of bypassing raid interface completely). created 2 storage spaces, each 50tb, 1 two-way mirror , 1 parity. i've copied 15tb of data on in total, using total 19.7tb capacity - 15.6 in parity , 4.05 mirrored.

everything fine @ first, disks got fuller, began encounter frustrating problem, has gradually gotten worse. when copying data drives, volume disappear file explorer, , dashboard throw error "one or more drives not functioning , offline". if enter "manage storage spaces" ui, see "error" rather "okay" on space using, every physical drive still says "okay", , provides me no options troubleshooting. after error occurs, hdd lights on external drive enclosure blinking away though writing data - stops after few minutes. if attempt reboot server while occurring, server freezes , shut down holding power button. if wait until lights stop, server reboots normally. when reboot, drive appears functioning again.

when first started happening, occurred occasionally, , ever while copying large (>8tb) file. happens more frequently, , on files small 2-3tb.

i checked event log last time, , @ point error occurred, there hundreds of "warning" entries "the io operation @ logical block address xxxxxxxxx disk 14 retried." disk 14 storage space in question. 2 minutes after last warning (and 2 minutes after drive disappears), there error entry "the server unable allocate system nonpaged pool because pool empty".

if there's wrong 1 of disks, want pull out , replace it. it's giving me no clues. how troubleshoot this?

i wouldn't have thought of building storage space on raid controller!

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
