RDP Client Keeps Prompting For Credentials
i trying connect our rds gateway system domain joined pc (not actively in our office directaccess enabled) keeps prompting username/password. it doesn't ever give error message keeps displaying username/password prompt repeatedly.
if in event logs (remoteapp & desktop connections) see following error:
remote application () launched on remoteapp , desktop connection () no stored credentials used single sign on. (reason - remoteapp , desktop connection not exist). event id is1041
we have vdi session based system setup through essentials 2012 r2 & additional session host 2012 r2 server , access server via remote.domain.com/rdweb. i past intial screen , rdp client downloads/opens fine.
if use these same credentials on machine outside network (workgroup) work fine. any ideas on how correct issue?

what's os of client system?
please ensure correct username format entered, smilar domainname\user name.
does work when connecting through internet instead of directaccess?
