Remote app Integrated Authentication

i apologise. i'm sure have been asked before...

i have xp clients need access remote applications on served on windows 2008 r2. have configured web page use integrated authentication, users able see apps available them without logging on, have enter their username , password when select 1 of the remote apps.

is there way of configuring remote hosted application use integrated authentication too?
