Problem to browse for a directory in 2k8

hello all,

i'm testing a setup on windows server 2k-8 , when push button (named browse) to open browse dialog select directory, os return directory: "c:\users\administrator\desktop"... not appear "my computer", "c:\", "network"...

i think can configuration in server 2k-8, because in others os (server 2k3, server 2k, xp), not happen.

i don't know if made myself clear, can me?

are still having problem ? , issue might related either

a) malware / virus

b) might suspect av / 3rd party application

c) profile corruption.

i suggest test behavior in safe mode check if issue exists, if not can boot in normal mode, use msconfig disable 3rd party application services , check if issue still exists

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
