Problem on RAID in windows 2008 R2

hi guy,

 

i have installed gigabyte ga965p-s3 motherboard in server , have plugged 2x sata2 2tb seagate hdd , want configure them raid0. here have done:

 

1- configured bios options according motherboard manual.

2- configured motherboard raid options default raid 0.

3- installed windows server 2008 r2.

4- when go disk management, doesn't let me create 1 partition 3tb capacity.(windows recognizes 2 tb of disks)

 

i realized disk being shown disk0 , basic. disk type mbr. reason doesn't let me create 3 tb volume? os installed on disk0, how can convert gpt?

 

it's urgent me, appreciate help.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
