IIS worker process is getting killed each day at the same time

have problem our servers in production. worker process restarts each day @ 0400 , 1730. first restart scheduled one, defined our configuration. second 1 mystery, , we're not sure what's causing it. tried add exceptions mcafee (yes, client has mcafee service installed on web servers, it's not our call), didn't work (we added exceptions both inetpub directories , w3wp process).

have message in system event log:

i've replaced computer name (for sake of privacy) , data (for sake of readability) fields "*".

can someone, please, tell me what's problem here , how solve it? if not, i'm going on-site in week, has suggestions how figure out?

that event doesn't mean , informational only. if have others @ same time service entered running state may mean box got restarted reason. recommended ask iis question on here.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
