Security problem in a computer network

hello everbody !

i have problem in computer network. have windows server 2012 r2 instaled. in network of 75 computers integrated active directory. although pcs have antivirus date, manages connect other computers without user knowledge network ...the person has administrator privileges , can change settings, delete files. 

i tried different antivirus software have not found anything. i think kind of trojan horse or can not detect. in past have found win64.expiro......scanning virus total. 

i not know how detect network virus

network firewalls protect entire network guarding perimeter of network.  network firewalls forward traffic , computers on internal network, , filter traffic based on criteria administrator has set.
