Hyper-V Licensing

i have laptop running windows-10 pro , have installed hyper-v , wish create virtual machine in order able create test environment. when create vm can install windows 10 operating system unlicensed.

can please advise me if laptop's windows 10 license allow me create vm machines or need purchase separate windows license each vm machine create?

the laptop came windows-10 home, , upgraded windows 10 pro don't recall ever being given license key , there no license sticker shown on laptop (hp spectra x360).

in past when have dabbled vm machines have had give being totally defeated in not being able understand licensing arrangements seem make experimenting unaffordable. 

any guidance appreciated.

though agree daniel's answer, should remember microsoft licenses legal agreements between , microsoft.  technical forum - not legal forum.  tend system administrators, not lawyers.  authoritative answers licensing questions, should talk trained microsoft licensing specialist.  can find them @ reseller whom purchased license, or can call microsoft , talk licensing specialists.  can find local phone numbers @ www.microsoft.com/licensing.
