RRAS - Can it route among private networks AND provide NAT?

i need route 3 vmware private virtual networks, naturally distinct ip address ranges, each other.  need to nat each 1 internet. can using rras?

the 3 address ranges exist inside vmware cluster.  fourth ip address range, has path internet,  management network, network actual hypervisors use talk corporate network.  network supports not hypervisors (whose ip's called vmkernal ports, in vmware lingo), 1 other machine, on rras running.  server 2012 machine.   it  plugs both management network, , has card each of the  private networks.

i set private address given, each private network, adapter card in rras virtual machine, , set dgw machines create on network, and create static routes rras machine knows traffic.

i have configured rras machine, in nat portion, possessing public interface, , added other networks private networks.

this configuration try.

is there piece i'm missing.  hate wall v. head thing.  :-)

having performed further testing on issue, think can close it.

it simple - ics in , of performs no routing.  at all. 

it can't send frames machines on subnet of 1 provides nat service.

it appeared dns, wasn't, because dns answer returned internet dns server on subnet, terminated conversation , started new 1 machine requested name resolution. 

i didn't understand happening because positive dns name resolution reinforced misapprehension ics performed routing.
