Office 2010 - Word cannot open this document template

in our company use several template add-ins contain macro's 1 user error 'word cannot open document template'. they listed in add-ins tab in word @ moment not.

 

the problems started had the  'word cannot open document template' error , 'options' button greyed out in office applications reset (created new one)  the users profile , greyed out options problem fixed not template error. 

 i've deleted templates , allowed new ones downloaded machine still had same issue. have other machines using office 2010 and xp sp3 haven't had issues.

any ideas?

a reinstall of office has fixed issue

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
