how to fix SSL/TLS use of weak RC4 cipher

have followed , updated system updates. necessary updates mentioned in above url have been applied.

 

however, thing left below mentioned registry entries:

    "enabled"=dword:00000000
  • [hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\securityproviders\schannel\ciphers\rc4 40/128]

please provide input on case 

is server behind application firewall @ all? ensure there's no layer in between , client supports ciphers. can double check list of ciphers using nmap --script ssl-enum-ciphers

i'm sure had restart server after making changes registry. has server been restarted?

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
