Certificate revoked error

when try access our internal website https://remote.domainname.com receive folowing error. have tried create in sbs console still error. there 3 revoked certs in revoked cerificates folder in cersrv. revoked them trying solve issue. how can replace cert?

there problem websites security certificate.

this organization's certificate has been revoked.

security certificate problems may indicate attempt foll or....etc.

if using self-signed certificate , certificate has been removed, may generate new one.

for further assistance, suggest post small business server forum. experts there more familiar sbs , should able provide more suggestion.
