Windows Server 2003/2008 Installation Boots from CD but then asks for CD driver


hi all,

i've got tons of windows 2003 licenses, , few windows 2008 licenses use servers @ work. we're trying install windows server 2008 r2 1 of our hp proliant dl320 g5p's, installation starts @ asks dvd-rom driver. windows 2003, also. has ubuntu on it, acting san.

why ask dvd-rom driver after booting same dvd-rom? i've looked driver disc dvd-drom, have not been able find one.

any ideas?

as hp proliant server suggest use latest smartstart prepare server , installation:
