Unable to start a DCOM Server

hello

very when our users want open office document in sap gui, document not show , receive information, no document has been opened. after have shutdown , restart sap gui.

at same time following error message logged in system log:

unable start dcom server: {00020906-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}. error:
"1260"
happened while starting command:
"c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office14\winword.exe" -embedding

this happens on remote desktop enabled servers 2008 r2 patches , citrix xenapp 6.0 installed. can confirm, our systems not short of resources , users have current citrix client software installed. unfortunately did not find other reason problem on web.

any necessary possible, because our users short of time.

see issue more asked in cirtix forum. i suggest ask issue in cirtix forum.if it isn't resolved,i suggest ask in sap forum , office forum potential incompatibility issue.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

0x300000d errors in Microsoft Remote Desktop client

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
