need to have permanent desktop folder

i need add desktop shortcut weberver ( favorite)   that cant deleted altered or moved default location....any idea's on ?

hi,

to troubleshoot group policy issue, follow below steps:

1. run gpupdate/force force update group policy.

2. run gpresult/z check out whether gpo , policy been applied client.

3. if result indicates policy did apply computer, , should event viewer seach more information issue. please post error messages or warnings here further analysis.

in addition, suggest make sure script under below path , have permissions on :

\\domainname\sysvol\domainname\policies\{guid}\machine\scripts\startup

and when add script, should click browser , find script.

if configured , there no errors, seems issue related script, if so, please post thread in below forum:

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
