my laptop windows 7 running fine till 2 days ago. started freezing when browsing web (complete freeze, no response mouse movement, no ctrl+alt+del response). had physically turn off power. next time started, won't turn on. after trying 5-6 attempts, turned on freeze couple of minutes later. 1 thing noted not start safe mode/safe mode networking(i have not tried third one). randomly freeze , restart @ will. in event viewer, found 2 errors, previous shutdown unexpected(coz turned off physially) followed audit events have been dropped transport. 0. cleared eventlog no avail. plz help.

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
