authentication during session redirection, how to make 2008 R2 pass-through the credentials to the next server like 2003 did?

windows server 2003 remote desktop performed user authentication within established rdp session, looked user in rd session database, , if user had session on server, seamlessly redirect server , pass-through entered credentials other server.

we're looking replace our windows server 2003 servers 2008 r2, , have managed achieve same login screen reducing security level on rdp connection.

the problem when lookup occurs in session directory, , user has session on server, , redirection occurs, login screen displayed again.

i want know how make 2008 r2 "pass through" entered credentials next server 2003 did.

hi,

thanks post.

in windows server 2008 r2, can deployment rds farm rd connection broker , several rd session host servers. in farm environment, use rd connection broker assigned rdp session go rd session host server. if there existing session, connection broker redirects client session host. when user without existing session connects rd session host in farm, user redirected rd session host server fewest sessions.
