Port 443 use

we have web application on our windows server 2012 essentials server vendor requires use of apache web server listening on ports 80 , 443 forward traffic web application.  can apache , web application operate on port 80, 443 being used by "system".  have tried stopping various windows server services see using port, have been unsuccessful.  service uses port 443 , can disabled open traffic apache?

hi:

no, can't change them, , if could that limit functionality of essentials server.  can vendor change ports 8080 , 9443?
