External Users can connect to RDWEB but Remote Apps stuck on Black Screen
i have issue external users can connect rdweb when launch remote app, connection never completes. if click "show details" screen black. see blue logon screen (loading settings, etc.).
this happens random clients. others in fine. test, used client account home , worked fine. has network. suspect port 3391 udp not open thought told person port 3391 udp , port 443 tcp need opened.
i have tried usual stuff, making sure windows updated, rdp client updated, disabling persistent bitmap caching, changing resolution, having user click ctrl+alt+end (nothing happens because session isn't established yet).
does have thoughts on this?

what's operating system of rds server/servers?
please try update network , display drivers on rds server see whether issue persists.
since suspect issue caused blocked firewall ports, please ensure required ports open.
