access permissions

i new ad, nice :-)

we have recently connected out servers ad server (windows 2008 r2), till ones accessing did not have deal groups or policies , users domain admins.

but need give users access own servers , not allow them access else.

i have fiddled creating groups, putting users , servers  into groups, creating policies etc can't seem work, users either cannot rdp server or can still get else.

if give me step step explanation of how give "user1" administrator access "server , server b" (with remote desktop), most obliged.

it depends on permission planning provide.  if talking rdp, can use procedure through gpo.

2. add users group
