Upgrade Windows server 2008 to 2008 R2


i have problem of upgrading windows server 2008 standard without hyper-v x64 version windows server 2008 r2 standard or enterrise x64 version. error setup stops is: "windows cannot upgraded because hard disk partition formatted unsupported version of ntfs file system. must restart computer using windows installation disc, perform custom install, reformat hard disk partition, , reinstall existing files, settings , programs. "

there no way me delete everything, resolution in error message says, , set again scratch. there known solution upgrade ?

the server running on hp dl380 g5 hardware , partition in hardware raid1 array. drivers hp hardware last 1 available on hp support page. current system patched microsoft updates.

i hope has resolution problem.
