Always login to session 0 in windows 2003

hi ,

is there way disable number of sessions in windows 2003, whenever user logs in server should connect session 0. important since process start when user logs in , need process be started only on session 0.  most of time users login without giving mstsc/console , migrations start in wrong console , end giving errors.

warm regards a

hi nandish,

thank post.

is there way disable number of sessions in windows 2003.
1. session 0 , mstsc /console works windows 2003, replace mstsc /admin , no session 0 in windows 2008.
2. no ways disabled default 2 sessions rdp.
3. must use administrator rights account logon session 0. if administrator rights account logon session 0, couldn't log off user's session means couldn't logon session 0.

this important since process start when user logs in , need process started on session 0.
1. run process on session 0, setup server auto login administrator account after server power on/reboot.
2. if it's restrict run process on session 0, try change service started manually , start process via session 0 logon script

hope helps you.
