Adding a Windows Server 2008 DHCP server role for failover / redundancy if I already have my main 2003 DHCP Server

hi -

so have win 2003 r2 sp2 ent. pdc server dhcp server, , have win 2008 r2 sp1 ent. dc (that gave  the dhcp role , authorized has no scope) give dhcp role can have redundancy or use failover.  how can go doing this?

my address pool lease 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.200, , have no reservations. need 50 dhcp leases, if not less, can lower amount of dhcp leases need, if helps. keep same range since router using 192.168.1.x , not know how working if need create new scope 192.168.2.x.  so easy changing pool lease on win2003 server's scope 192.168.1.100-150, , creating new scope on win2008 server , give lease pool leave of 192.168.1.151-192.168.1.200? if so, there conflicts or other issues might need deal or come up? not advanced many of guys out there, answers easy understand without breaking head or reading long confusing articles on how , i'll end more questions before.

thanks in advanced.

the recommended way split scopes on dhcp servers use 80/20 rule

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc958936.aspx

but there no reason why not split scope 50/50 if servers in same lan/subnet as propose. make sure dhcp servers can never distribute same adresses , scope settigns alike.
