Accessing Roaming Profiles on Windows 7 Pro

we have windows 2003 server running active directory. current computers running windows 2000 pro , few xp pro. can log roaming profile on server , obtain desktops , outlook configs etc.

we upgrading systems windows 7 pro. not seem want connect ad, , when profiles connect via roaming, not synch time. in few cases says created temp profile due type of error. ones log in (seemingly) okay not pull desktops or settings.

so far have done following :

  1. win 7 pro installed,
  2. we have connected computer domain
  3. we have setup users going through user applet in control centre , browsing server profiles.

this seems work basic setup, when log windows 7 using roaming profile, doesn't work - , haven't had 1 work 100% yet.

what missing? server vs desktop?

btw, new desktops 64 bit running win 7 pro 64, server , older desktops 32 bit.

i believe win 7 pro move office starting make me wonder.

 

just add more information above ... errors in win 7 machine state cannot copy on ntuser.ini file due lack of permissions or in use. considering file in use time user logs in , how gets data needs , backs profile.

how can fix issue? i'm pretty not ones experiencing problem.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

0x300000d errors in Microsoft Remote Desktop client

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
