Terminal Services Load Balancing

hello,

we using emr system nextgen.  i'm going adding thin client server additional fat client server 1 of our sites.  these first servers location.  i'd keep them in our current pools, ngfat , ngthin.  how can make load balancing choice new terminals thin/fat clients @ site while staying in same pool other site incase 1 of servers goes down.
