Stuck downloading Feature update to Windows 10 Pro, 1607

hello all,

test environment.

fresh vm installation of windows 2k12 r2 wsus role installed.  applied necessary patches , completed manual post install steps prior enabling "upgrades" classification aviod database corruption issue.  added .esd mime in iis.

fresh vm install of windows 10 pro version 10.0 (build 10240).  edited gpedit.msc windows updates new windows 2k12 rs wsus.  connects wsus , seen in wsus management console.  downloads several updates "waiting install" overall download stuck @ 26% becasue stuck downloading "feature update windows 10 pro, version 1607, en-us.

this not domain setup, , both server , workstation vms set same workgroup named wsus2k12.

what overlooking keeping upgrade downloading?

i nearing end of rope!

1. on wsus server, please ensure have installed both kb3095113 , kb3159706(with manual steps)

2. please ensure windows 10 1607 upgrade file downloaded after installing above kbs, if not, need re-download it;

3. since clients downloading other updates, then, please make client download , install other updates first, after client patched, make them download , install windows 10 1607 upgrade separately, check if help.

to this, you may stop windows update service, delete or rename softwaredistribtion folder(c:\windows\softwaredistribution), then, start windows update services. on wsus server, not approve 1607 upgrade, check update on client sides again make them download , install other updates, after then, approve win10 1607 again.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
