Printer Stays Grayed out on TS


2008 r2 ts server

when add printer locally , standard tcp/ip stays grayed out. have added many other printers of same , different models, , fine...  why printer stay gray , not print send it?

did mean new added printer grayed out? please provide screenshot of it? may me understand better. understanding.

when add printer, did error message? did open event viewer , check if find relevant event? if possible, please re-add problematic printer , check if issue still exists.
