OLE Library problem // Win2000 Pro

(i received email suggested ask question here):

i'm running windows 2000 pro/sp4 w/various updates , fixes (currently date, think).

i've been running coreddraw 8 , corelventura 8 eight years on machine. following error when launching either program:

"ole 2.0 initialization failed. make sure ole libraries correct version."

obviously, program(s) not run.

have uninstalled , reinstalled both @ once, individually, etc. same result.

said, 'happened.' may have uninstalled innocuous program or two, can't remember.

made mental leap perhaps need update/change existing ole libraries, if that's have can't find out how.

i'd appreciate help.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
