Windows Server 2012 Essentials Not Completing Installation (Hardware does not meet the minimum requirements)

i have been attempting complete installation of server 2012 essentials , keep getting following error; "your hardware not meet minimum requirement windows server 2012 essentials".

-i installing server 2012 on vmware workstation 9 , have provisioned "90gb" s scsi drive installation.

-i through initial installation run "setupmon.exe" once log on administrator user.

-the installation goes through check , spues out aforementioned error , requires restart. please see attached..

windows server 2012 doesn't recognize there big enough drive , cannot find on technet helpful issue. out there have ideas?server 2012 error

 

per microsoft need 160gb drive 60gb partition.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
