Server backup to Seagate 3TB USB suddenly failed

hi all,

i have been running 600gb backup seagate goflex 3tb drive year.  4 days ago started fail everyday. there had been no changes server or source folders.

no problems found on destination drive or source.

reran setup server backup , selected 1 folder backup error persists.  error 517

there error in preparing backup image of 1 of volumes in backup set.

detailed error:  specified backup disk cannot found. 

any appreciated,

do still have same usb drive attached, functioning on computer if attach there?

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
