RODC Authendication issue and DNS issue


hi all,

we have domain setup our primary servers available in different location , have installed rodc in branch office logon , authendicate in local site itself. enabled gc,dns in rodc. sites , services created branch office subnet , placed rodc server. clients belongs in branch office still reaching primary servers instead of rodc. run command %logonserver% showing 1 of our additional domain controller , when ping our domain.com getting reply different domain controller instead of rodc (primary dns server ip rodc's in ip configuration) , when nslookup showing our rodc server. default behaviour if not how make it.  please me fix this

have populated users have in branch office in "allowed rodc password replication group"?

you can pre-add users authenticate ther rodc "prepopulate password cache rodc". see below links might you.
