Two TS users out of 30 have slow logoff times

single server ts 2003 implementation. have 30 users use box 2 reporting slow logoff times. looking in event logs see event id 1517 entries these 2 users only: "windows saved user <username> registry while application or service still using registry during log off. memory used user's registry has not been freed. registry unloaded when no longer in use. " , event id 1516: "windows unloaded user nwea\debbie.johnson registry when received notification no other applications or services using profile."

these event id's don't happen other users, message doesn't provide other confirming these 2 users reporting. 1 user deleted profile re-created @ next login, slow logoff still remains.
