Group policy wallpaper not working in Windows 8


hi, 

we using windows server 2008 r2 server , windows 7 , windows 8 client machines. after restarting windows 8 machines wallpaper set using gpo not working. tried check policy status using rsop.msc shows policy have been applied. why showing black instead of wall paper applied ?

adding to denis’s reply, want confirm whether happens window 7 client. besides, occur windows 8 clients?

moreover, martin suggested in following thread, need check whether users can access wallpaper file, and we need check whether "wallpaper" value exists in registry path hkey_current_user\control panel\desktop.
