client computer that cannot be queired

i have me client pc incerted network, still have security errors. sbs console see error "client computer cannot queired" wrong. can find not metion of error.

for clear understanding of issue, please answer following quick questions?

1. exact error in computer status? may take screenshot of issue , send me @ v-mileli@microsoft.com.

2. client computers has error status? clients have same error or 1 of them?

 

if security status shows critical error, may follow steps below check how works:

 

1. launch windows sbs console.

2. security tab -> security subtab, launch "view summary of virus protection file system".

3. av report show current status of clients? if not (you may receive error "the client computer wmi datastore might corrupted "), av software installed on client?
