Interpreting ISA 407 Error

hi,

i'm troubleshooting piece of e-learning seems problematic when launched within our client's network due proxy server configuration. application flash-based calls various asp pages , put in error handling script based on http status of these asp pages when they're loaded.

attached below log got fiddler (i have changed domain name). have minimal networking knowledge i'm hoping understanding in:

1) why proxy server allow these asp pages load (returning 200 ok) doesn't (returning 407 proxy authentication required)

2) seems 407 event followed success event (200), , reason flash thinks it's ok , never picks 407 issue. why case?

3) if needed speak network engineer, there specific settings should mention them rectify issue?
