How to turn net framework 4.5 feature on in windows server 2012????

i concerned!!!

i remove net framework 4.5 through server manager, after server reboots, can not gui cmd window.....

i can not open server manager or control panel through cmd dialogue.

after download new net framework 4.5 try install, shows me turned off!!!

the gui in windows server 2012 based off of .net framework 4.5. if role removed need reinstall feature , add "user interfaces , infrastructure" feature including "graphical management tools , infrastructure" & "server graphical shell".  "desktop experience" part of group, not requirement.

if have windows server 2012 machine on same network can use server manager server add features otherwise need install features powershell.

installing .net framework 4.5

install-windowsfeature net-framework-45-core

installing server gui

enable-windowsoptionalfeature –online -featurename servercore-fullserver,server-gui-shell,server-gui-mgmt

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
