how i can config recovery agent for efs in DOMAIN??

i have windows 2003 server . want to  administrator users in domain , can open files users encrypt. reed article . not work correct can config in workgroup .but not in domain. plese me step step , work please me soon

for recovery agent ca not necessary if in domain ca necessary security perspective. user wants dra must efs recovery agent ceritificate ca.

yes need import certificate client computer decrypting file. client computer can't access dra's private key stored in private location enrolls certificate. need import private keys client client can use decrypting file.
