2012 IIS Configuration / Administrators Group

hello, getting access denied errors when trying configure iis in 2012 domain administrator account.  i have domain admin in domain admins group , explicitly put them in servers administrators group.  i running scripts use microsoft.web.administration.servermanager library configure settings in iis (i.e. manipulate config files).  i getting access denied due lack of privileges.  if run true .\administrator account works fine script @ point connects out database won't able use machine administrator account.  anyone know of security change cause or how fix / around it?

domain admin should local admins group member. suggest turn off uac , try again.

in addition, please run powershell administrator.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
