How can I add back Window Manager\Window Manager Group to Bypass traverse checking?

i'm using stigs secure our gpo on our domain controller. bypass traverse checking suppose have window manager\window manager group in doesn't. don't know if removed sometime earlier i'm trying add it. i've read blog saying to:

first, i  right click , export policies "security setting", append sid "*s-1-5-90-0" of window manager/window manager group on instance "seincreaseworkingsetprivilege" (which referred policy "increase process working set") inside exported inf file. after that, import policy security setting.

i've through couldn't figure out how it.  when export policy exports .txt file.  says "append sid" , i'm lost there.  add "window manager\window manager group" on line bypass traverse checking?  , if do need rename file .inf extension , try import?  or "seincreaseworkingsetprivilege" have , need add file?

some of answers on these microsoft blogs encrypted makes no sense trying learn how something.

any can provide appreciated!

thanks,

greg
